FOR MULTI-STORE E-COMMERCE AND MARKETPLACE SELLERS

All your commerce data. One source of truth. Reports that write themselves.

Stores, marketplaces, ad platforms, web analytics and spreadsheets consolidate into one governed data model with a single definition of every KPI. Your team gets dashboards, reports on time, and answers to questions asked in plain language.

Delivered by our team, or by a partner who already knows your business.
01 — CONSOLIDATE

Every source in one place

Stores, marketplaces, ad channels, web analytics and budget files land in one model — scheduled, incremental, with no manual merging. Every KPI can be read per channel or consolidated.

Sources marked “connected during delivery” are wired up for you on our ingestion framework — together with the data no API exposes.

02 — GOVERN

One data model, one definition per KPI

The usual reporting problem is not missing data — it is two teams calculating revenue differently. Definitions are written once and version-controlled, and every surface reads the same one.

KPI definitions
Dashboards · reports · alerts · assistant
Profitability, not just turnover
Price minus fees, cost of goods and delivery cost — down to an individual product.
Returns and corrections
When a marketplace posts a retroactive correction, the period is recomputed rather than frozen. The report stays true to the settlement.
Source-parity rules
We agree with you, in writing, which source is authoritative for which figure. This is the cure for “three versions of revenue”.
03 — SEE

Dashboards for the team, a report builder for the curious

We build the dashboard pack around your reporting areas. Next to it sits a builder your team uses to compose their own reports — but only on governed metrics, so self-serve cannot fork the definitions.

Dashboards
Sales, products, channels, regions, marketing — as many as you genuinely look at.
Report builder
Metric × dimension × chart type, by clicking. No SQL, no queue for an analyst.

04 — AUTOMATE

Reporting stops consuming people

Every recurring report becomes an automation: trigger, steps, result. The repeating work moves off the team and onto the platform.

Scheduled reports
A morning or weekly pack to email or a team channel.
Threshold alerts
Sales below budget, margin under target, a spike in returns — people get told.
Approval gates
Wherever an automation would change data, it waits for a human to approve.
Margin below threshold

“Accessories” category — 18.4% against a 22% threshold. Main driver: a fee increase.

05 — ASK

Ask in plain language

The assistant answers from the same metrics the dashboards stand on, within the asker’s own permissions, and shows what it used. Figures that do not exist are reported as unavailable rather than invented.

Answers from the model
The same definitions as the dashboard — not a separate interpretation.
Narrative reporting
A written weekly summary that says what moved and why.
Which products lost margin after the last fee change?
Three categories dropped below threshold — “Accessories” is the largest at −3.6 pp. Cause: the fee increase from the 1st, with prices unchanged.

06 — BEYOND APIs

The data an API never exposes

Seller and advertiser panels show more than their APIs do: fee breakdowns, listing analytics, reports that exist only on screen. A conventional integration has to give those up. Our desktop app opens the panel and collects that data the way an operator would — then reconciles it against the API figures.

API data
Panel-only data
One data model
Panel capture
On a schedule, under rules agreed with you — not a one-off scrape.
Reconciliation
Captured figures are checked against the API ones; a mismatch is raised, not hidden.
The same model
Panel data lands where everything else does, so it counts towards the same KPIs.
PROOF

This runs in production

A marketplace retailer runs per-product profitability on this platform — fees, delivery costs and stock valuation included — plus a weekly AI-written report. The numbers were verified against their own hand-built calculator, to the penny, before they switched over.

HOW IT IS DELIVERED

We can run it for you — or your partner can

The platform is delivered by our team or by a partner acting as an Operator: they run the client workspace, enable modules, watch the limits and own the rollout. Your team takes it over at its own pace.
